We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of review authenticity and trust. Learn about our fraud detection measures and guidelines for authentic feedback.
Every published review comes from a student. Students who had a great experience are the most likely to write one. Students whose lessons were mixed often stay quiet — many tell us they don't want to hurt an instructor's business.
So a perfect score tells you the students who reviewed were happy. It doesn't mean every lesson with that instructor was perfect. Read what reviewers say about the things that matter to you.
We publish critical reviews
A review is never removed because it is negative or low-rated. We remove a review only for one of these reasons:
- Fake or unverifiable reviewer details
- Not a real lesson with this instructor
- Duplicate or copy-pasted review
- Written by the instructor or someone connected to them
- Abusive, discriminatory or contains personal information
- Spam, advertising or unrelated to driving lessons
If an instructor says the lessons never happened
We don't take the instructor's word for it. We email the reviewer and ask for any proof of lessons — a payment receipt, a bank transfer, or WhatsApp messages arranging lessons. If proof arrives, the review stays. If there's no reply within 14 days, the review is removed as "Not a real lesson with this instructor".

Good or bad, an honest review helps the next student choose the right instructor and helps good instructors improve. It isn't an attack on anyone's business. We show only your first name and last initial.

How to Write Authentic Reviews
- • Share specific details about your learning experience
- • Mention lesson locations, teaching methods, or skills learned
- • Be honest about both positive and negative aspects
- • Write at least 20 characters for meaningful feedback
- • Use your own words and avoid generic phrases
Encouraging Authentic Reviews
- • Request reviews only from actual students
- • Don't incentivize specific ratings or content
- • Allow reasonable time between review requests
- • Encourage detailed, honest feedback
- • Never create fake reviews or ask others to do so
