DrivingInstructor.ae is an online platform that connects driving students with qualified driving instructors in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Our services include:

• Search and filtering capabilities
• Instructor profiles with qualifications and reviews
• Review and rating system
• Direct communication facilitation
• Educational content and resources
• File upload and document management for instructors

We act as an intermediary platform and do not provide driving instruction services directly.

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Not post false or misleading reviews
• Not attempt to circumvent our verification processes
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior
• Use uploaded files and documents responsibly

You may NOT use our platform to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit or post harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code

All driving instructors must undergo our verification process:

• Manual review of qualifications and documentation
• Verification of driving instructor licenses
• Background checks where applicable and legally permitted
• Review of uploaded documents and media
• Approval by our administrative team

We reserve the right to reject applications or remove instructors who do not meet our standards or violate these terms. The verification process may take several business days to complete.

The DrivingInstructor.ae platform, including its design, functionality, content, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrivingInstructor.ae and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Interruption of services or system failures
• Actions or omissions of driving instructors
• Unauthorized access to your account or information
• Loss or corruption of uploaded files or data
• Any damages arising from your use of our platform

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DrivingInstructor.ae and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of our platform or services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload or submit to our platform
• Your interactions with other users or instructors

We may terminate or suspend your access to our platform immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse of our platform or other users
• Failure to maintain accurate information
• Uploading inappropriate or harmful content
• Any conduct that we deem harmful to our platform or users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice through email or prominent website notices. Your continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
